El proyecto debía abarcar un número concreto de oficinas y salas de reunión, así como distintas instalaciones que cubriesen las distintas necesidades.
La idea de edificio de oficina es cubrir cualquier necesidad al trabajador, por ello contaba con sala de descanso, cafetería restaurante, sala de ejercicio, guardería, sala de conferencias y parking.
Estas necesidades se cubrirían todas en una misma planta, la planta baja o planta de acceso. La entrada al edificio se diseña para que de manera intuitiva el edificio invite a entrar. En la zona de la entrada, el edificio se rompe y evita el revestimiento se interrumpe para crear una zona abierta de bienvenida.
La disposición de los espacios del edificio se genera a partir del diseño estructural, orden y retícula, generando las distintas estancias. El volumen arqueado del edificio genera en su zona central un pasillo que abarca los recorridos principales, y a partir de ahí surgen los espacios de trabajo.
En las siguientes plantas se desarrollan las oficinas, con una idea de proyecto de espacio co-working, contando con oficinas estándar, zonas de reunión y espacios abiertos donde poder trabajar de manera conjunta un mismo sector.

The project program should cover a specific number of offices and meeting rooms, as well as different facilities that cover different needs.
The idea of office building is to cover any need to the worker, so it had rest rooms, coffe room and restauran, exercise room, nursery, conference room and parking.
These needs are all developed in the same floor, the access floor. The entrance to the building is designed to intuitively inviting to go inside. In the area of the entrance, the building breaks and prevents the lining that is interrupted to create an open welcoming area.
The layout of the spaces of the building is generated from the structural design, order and grid, creating the different rooms. The arched volume of the building generates in its central area a corridor that covers the main routes, and from there work spaces arise.
In the following floors the offices are developed, with an idea of a co-working space project, with standar offices, meeting areas and open spaces where the same sector workers can work together.
